About Us
What We Do
We are a mental health agency that has been providing mental health support throughout the Hampton Roads community since 2013. We are accredited through the Joint Commission, credentialed through DMAS and Licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to provide Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Community Stabilization for children and adults, and Mental Health Skill Building Services (MHSS) to adults.
Personalized Experience
We collaborate with various providers in the community to help individuals secure and maintain housing. We teach individuals how to access community resources that will assist them with their daily needs such as food, clothing, etc. We help individuals manage their physical and mental health conditions by coordinating care with Primary Care Physicians and Mental Health Providers. Training is provided in various settings to include the home and in the community.
Who Provides the Services
We will have a licensed mental health professional (LMHP) or LMHP-R assess the individual to determine their level of functioning and needs. We will create an individualized service plan (ISP) tailored to the individual's needs and desires. A Qualified Mental Health Professional will deliver one on one training to help the individual meet their goals.
